Finish and Trim Technician
Company Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Finish and Trim Technician to join our company. As a finish and Trim Technician, you will be responsible for [ list of responsibilities ]. Finish and Trim Technicians will travel to various service calls throughout the day throughout the four state area (WV, VA, MD, and PA). Each day will be different, as our company provides service and installation of new products and services. You will be interacting with customers daily throughout our service areas.
Job Overview:
As a Finish and Trim Technician, you will be responsible for all aspects of installing company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines. Finish carpentry and products include garage doors, exterior and front doors, awnings, screens, and any other products sold by the company.
To succeed in this role, you must be organized, efficient, and have practical problem-solving skills. You will be interacting with our customers daily and having patient and respectful behavior is a must as you represent our company.

Requirements:
- GED, High School Diploma, or suitable equivalent
- Nice if you have but is not required experience in garage door installation and/or service (Commercial or Residential)
- Knowledge of computer and tablet use
- Knowledge of Google search and Navigation systems is a plus
- Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus
- Knowledge of hand tools and mechanical tools
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing, as needed.
- Be able to drive a company truck and possess a valid driver’s license
Duties:
- Review your daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with all product(s), tools, and equipment for the day.
- Complete vehicle safety, job site inspections.
- Safely unload and stage material at the job site.
- Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
- Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
