How the camo-van program works
The wrapped vans run regular garage door routes across all six offices — Inwood, Chambersburg, Winchester, Hagerstown, Frederick, and Cumberland — and they're dispatched randomly. You can't request one, and you can't schedule around one. If a camo van pulls into your driveway, your bill drops 5%, and Door Serv Pro matches that 5% as a donation to the veterans organization you pick. The technicians driving them wear camo shirts, and many have their own connection to the causes — this region sits close to major military installations, and veterans answer a lot of our doors.
Separately — and always — current and former military get 5% off any job, mentioned at booking. The full program lives on our veterans charity page, and the pink-fleet counterpart supports cancer charities.
The charities you can choose
- Wounded Warrior Project — rehabilitation and recovery programs for wounded veterans and their families
- Fisher House Foundation — free lodging for families of veterans receiving medical treatment
- Operation Homefront — financial assistance and transitional housing for military families
- Tunnel to Towers Foundation — mortgage-free homes for catastrophically injured veterans
- DAV (Disabled American Veterans) — benefits advocacy and support for veterans nationwide
Where to see the camo vans
The honest answer: on the road, on jobs, every day across the Four-State Area. As the vans make appearances at community and veterans events, we'll list them here with recaps afterward — check back, or follow along on Facebook and Instagram . Organizing a veterans or community event in WV, MD, VA, or PA? Get in touch — we'd love to bring the fleet.
FAQ — the camo vans
Can I request a camo van for my service call?
No — the camo vans are dispatched randomly across the four-state service area. Every booking is a chance one shows up; when it does, you get 5% off and we match another 5% as a donation to the veterans charity you choose.
Which charities can the donation go to?
You pick from five veteran-focused organizations: Wounded Warrior Project, Fisher House Foundation, Operation Homefront, Tunnel to Towers Foundation, and DAV (Disabled American Veterans).
Is the camo-van donation the same as the military discount?
They're separate. Current and former military always get 5% off any job — just mention it at booking. The camo-van program adds a matched 5% charity donation whenever one of the wrapped vans is randomly assigned to a job, for any customer.
Can the camo vans appear at a community or veterans event?
We love putting the fleet in front of the communities it supports. If you're organizing a veterans, first-responder, or community event anywhere in our four-state area, reach out through our contact page and the team will see what's possible.
