How to use MyClopay™

One of the features of MyClopay™ is that as the Dealer Owner, you have access to modify, create or deactivate usersassociated with your dealership. Before assigning access to multiple roles, we strongly recommend you review theapplications and decide which of your employees need to access that information. Then, follow the steps below tomodify your dealership users.

NOTE: Only users with Dealer Owner or Dealer Admin roles can modify user access.

Click the User Info icon in the upper right of the screen on the desktop or tap the menu icon on mobile devices.
Select Settings.
Select User Admin.
Find the username and click/tap on the name to modify access, reset passwords or deactivate the user.
Click the box above the roles to grant access to items checked in the column.
1. Dealer Admin allows a user access to modify, create or deactivate users for your dealership.
2. Dealer Buyer allows a user to place orders through iStore and view Co-op Funds.
3. Dealer Payments allows a user access to My Invoices to view past invoices, statements and make payments on behalf of your dealership. If applicable, the user will also have access to View Payments associated with the HD Program.
4. Dealer Pricing allows a user visibility of pricing in iStore, My Orders, Pricing, Parts Store and Price Pages apps.
5. Dealer Basic Training allows a user to access only ClopayED and some of the technical apps.
Once roles are assigned, click/tap Save.
